# Privileges Required (MPR)

This metric describes the level of privileges an attacker must possess before successfully exploiting the vulnerability. This Score increases as fewer privileges are required. 

A frequent example can be the situation where the attacker needs to call a smart contracts function that has authorization checks, such as onlyOwner, onlyModerator, etc.
